The Chris Norman photo album competition (hereinafter referred to as the “competition”) is organized by Edel Music & Entertainment GmbH. In addition to the following Special Competition Terms and Conditions, the Competition Terms and Conditions of Participation, and the data protection provisions of Edel Music & Entertainment GmbH apply insofar as they do not contradict these Special Competition Terms and Conditions. By participating, participants accept the General and Special Terms and Conditions of Participation.  

1. Participation in the competition & prize

Effective participation in the competition takes place through active participation, i.e. by submitting the form and choosing one preferred snippet. Participants have to be at least 18 years old. The competition is open internationally.   

Edel Music & Entertainment GmbH is giving away a non-cash prize in the form of a signed photobook by Chris Norman. The prize will be given to the winner as follows: via mail. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in the prize, such as travel or catering costs. The prize is not convertible or transferable, i.e. cash payment, payment in kind, exchange or transfer of the prize is not possible. The prize is not transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize due to factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition. 

2. Participation period and closing date, prize determination

The competition runs from  12.02.2026, 00.01 hrs to 13.03.2026, 23.59 hrs. The relevant date for the closing date is the time of the form submission.

The winner will be selected at random from all participating submissions and contacted via e-mail. Once the winner has been contacted, they will be asked to get in touch with Edel Music & Entertainment GmbH to accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail, the claim to the prize will unfortunately be forfeited. In the event of non-compliance with these deadlines, the participant is no longer entitled to the prize and Edel Music & Entertainment GmbH is entitled to randomly select a new winner and award the prize elsewhere. Claims for compensation by the initially drawn winner against Edel Music & Entertainment GmbH are excluded. 

Data protection & PR 

The personal data of all participants and the winner will be collected, processed and forwarded for the purpose of running the competition and, if applicable, claiming and processing the prize.  

In addition, the data protection provisions of the competition conditions of participation apply and the data protection conditions.

Legal recourse is excluded.
